Veganism is the healthiest lifestyle in the world. By eating living foods, you will have no problem maintaining your weight and fueling your body with all the nutrients to sustain pristine health and cut the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity by 80%.

Dieting is not so much what you eat but what you don't eat. If you are serious about toning your body and looking better than you have ever looked before, follow my lifestyle. Don't call it a diet because diet's never work. You must replace foods that are making you gain weight with foods that will make you lose weight. The foods that I will recommend to you will eventually taste like the foods that make you fat. You have to mentally learn to enjoy food for what they do for your health rather than what they do for your palate.

Stop eating anything in a box, can, jar, frozen and has a shelf life. Don't use any oils, salt, sugar, refined grains, flour, condiments, etc. Don't eat anything baked, cut out all breads, hummus, crackers, anything that says "vegan" and "organic" other than fresh organic fruits and vegetables.

Buy a juicer. I have a Brevelle 800, they are around $300.00. I typically juice two 48 ounce glasses of kale, beets and tops, carrots, spinach, parsley, red cabbage and one apple. You can make the pulp into patties by adding ground flaxseeds and season it with Bragg liquid aminos, turmeric, curry and garlic....Form them into patties and bake at 450 degrees for thirty minutes or so..Juicing will give you an abundance of nutrients and vibrant energy and the patties are all fiber, no calories.

Now, make a huge salad. I make enough for four days at a time. I chop fresh organic beets, celery, carrot, red cabbage and parsley. You can add a half an avocado, lemon and organic apple cider vinegar with each serving. I use apple cider vinegar on all my salads, no oil.......I eat this salad for breakfast and sometimes lunch. It has a lot of fiber, enzymes and all of the vitamins you will possibly need.

For dinner or lunch or even breakfast if you want, eat quinoa and buckwheat. You can add lentils with it as these grains only take fifteen minutes to prepare. Bring them to a boil and simmer for fifteen minutes. I add chopped tomatoes, parsley and lemon.. I also will have an organic yam or butternut squash. Just add lemon on the yam, the squash needs nothing. I will also eat just organic salad for dinner; kale, spinach, red cabbage, celery, carrots, parsley with 1/2 avocado and organic apple cider vinegar. Last night I had two large organic artichokes with fresh lemon. Tonight I am going to have two bunches of lightly steamed spinach with organic chopped tomatoes and lemon.

Who doesn't like to snack. I always have organic radishes, cucumbers, cauliflower and red bell peppers to snack on. These healthy nutrient rich vegetables have zero fat and practically no calories and they are very filling. You can also eat fruit like apples, melons, papayas, berries.

If you must go to restaurants, drink warm lemon water and ask for a plate of steamed or raw vegetables. If they don't have any, then don't eat, just socialize. Restaurant food is the worst and the most deceiving. So, when I go to restaurants, even Vegan restaurants, i will have raw vegetables

Don't try and starve yourself, your body will go into a defense mode and store fat. Eat like there is no tomorrow with the foods that will burn calories. Drink lots of organic green or white tea and just put lemon in it. I also drink freshly squeezed organic grapefruit juice which I find burns fat.

Cut out coffee and I hope you are not drinking sodas, even the zero calories. Again, do not drink or eat anything that comes on a shelf. I never shop at a supermarket. I buy all my produce from organic farmers and a health foods store that I go to where I know exactly where they buy their produce. i have visited the farms. Substitute your doctor for your organic farmer. Make your organic farmer your best friend and the most important person in your quest for health....I call my organic farmers Doctors.

There is nothing wrong with grains and beans. I buy bulk organic barley, wheat berries, mung, garbanzo and adzuki beans. You have to soak them for twenty-four hours, rinse them thoroughly and simmer them together for about 45 minutes. You can add vegetables at the very end by turning off the heat and allowing the vegetables to steam in the beans and the grains.

Exercise has a lot to do with maintaining you weight too. You don't have to run on a treadmill for two hours or go crazy in the gym. Just walk briskly, park your car furthest from where you are going, take the stairs, do your own house cleaning, play sports, ride a bike.....Do activities that you enjoy and look forward too. I hate the gym and exercise classes so I walk a lot and ride my bike.

You might say that my diet is expensive. Well, so is having diabetes, heart disease. obesity and cancer. Think of this new lifestyle as preventive medicine and the only path to extend your life and live healthy long into your 80's and 90's. Your mind will be clear, your body will be clean and your energy level be amazing.

I eat like this regularly so I don't call it a diet, these are the foods that make me feel vibrant and have kept me doctor and prescription drug free my entire life.

Now, there is another diet to lose weight very fast but I recommend you see a doctor before indulging in my extreme weight loss plan. Here it is; warm lemon water in the morning, 16 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice mid-morning, 48 ounces of freshly juiced organic kale, spinach, red cabbage, celery, mustard greens 1/2 apple. During the rest of the day drink organic green tea. Around 5:00 pm, juice the vegetables again. That is it for as many days as you can stand. I will fast like this four a week. Break your fast with raw vegetables and fruits like organic blueberries, apples, papaya and melon. Cut out all grains and beans.

Make sure to exercise like walking, cycling, sports in general. If you have access to a sauna, take as many sauna treatments as you can. Don't alleviate from my extreme diet until you lose all the weight you want. Then return to the first diet as your regular eating regime, thus adding grains and beans. Besides looking and feeling fantastic, this food ritual is preventive healthcare and will cut the risk of cancer and heart disease drastically and add years of quality worthwhile life........

I don't weigh myself, I just try on the pair of jeans that I want to fit into and I don't get off the extreme diet until they fit me comfortably.....A great motivator is to go to the store in the mall that you shopped at when you were a teenager and buy the most radical tight outfit you can find that doesn't fit you and is three to four sizes to small. When you fit into this outfit, throw an "outfit party" and invite all of your friends to celebrate. I have several outfits that Steven Tyler would wear to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame...My friends love it when I throw these "outfit parties," which is at least twice a year.......
